The KRAH pipe is a hot winding high density polyethylene (HDPE) winding structure wall tube. The pipe is made of high density polyethylene resin as the main raw material, using hot winding poplar process and polypropylene (PP) single-wall bellows as the support structure to make a special wall pipe with high resistance to external pressure.

The KRAH pipe and HDPE double wall corrugated pipe are similar in appearance, but their performance and construction are quite different.

1, the production process is different between them. HDPE double wall corrugated pipe use the extrusion process, so the utilization rate of the material is relatively high, but for the cost of large size will be relatively high, so now the HDPE double wall corrugated pipe rarely appears relatively large. The production of the KRAH pipe is a computer controlled process of hot state winding and cooling by natural air roll.

2. The raw materials used in the production of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe and KRAH pipe are different. The KRAH pipe is more expensive than HDPE double wall corrugated pipe, and the weight is heavier.

3, The two connection mode is different, HDPE double wall corrugated pipe use is socket type connection, construction is simple and fast. The KRAH pipe adopts the connection mode of socket and electric fusion, so that the two pipes can be fused into one body. The construction is relatively difficult, but the sealing is stronger after the connection, just like a pipe.
